Because we prefer to work with clients in an ongoing partnership, discounts are available for retainer packages. When you retain our services, your work is given priority. Retainer clients are guaranteed an agreed upon amount of time each month.Hourly
No commitment– pay only for hours you need. This option is ideal for clients who are uncertain about how much time they will need on a monthly basis or for a one-time project.Project
Rates are assessed based on scope of project and discussed with client prior to commencement. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion of project.Payment Policies
Balances for hourly rates are due upon receipt of invoice.Monthly retainers will be invoiced by the fifth business day of each month for services performed during the prior month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Other charges
Other charges may incur such as long distance rates, mileage, postage, shipping costs, special office supplies or software, and printing as per requested needs. All charges will be approved in advance.There will be a $35.00 service fee on all returned checks.
Forms of Payment
Payments can be made in the form of a business check or money order. Credit card payments accepted through Paypal.Payment Process
We utilize online invoicing through PayPal, allowing you to pay electronically by credit card, debit card, or your current PayPal account. Payments are secure and processed entirely by PayPal.You may also pay by check or money order. Simply print your invoice and mail it to us along with your payment.
